The completed application form for the registration must be sent to Prof Jamil Ahmad Shilpi (E-mail: pse_npss2020@yahoo.com) together with a copy of confirmation of payment of registration fee (to be obtained from Prof Shaikh Jamal Uddin (E-mail: pse_npss2020@yahoo.com) upon payment). 

 

​The registration fees covers registration, book of abstracts, reception drink (16 Jan 2020), lunch (17 and 18 Jan 2020), dinners (16 and conference dinner on 17 Jan 2020) and coffee breaks (17 and 18 Jan 2020).

Upon receipt of the payment and completed registration form, the Conference Organizing Committee will send a confirmation to the participant, which will serve as an invoice and a receipt. Please show this confirmation at the registration desk.

Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely case of cancelation, a written cancellation request must be sent to Prof Shaikh Jamal Uddin (E-mail: pse_npss2020@yahoo.com). From 01 September 2019 to 30 September 2019, only 50% of the fees paid will be refunded; after that date, there will be no refund.

​

Hotel booking

Organizing committee will arrange (only for limited foreign guests) 3 nights (16-18 January 2020) accommodation around local well-known hotel upon request with an extra cost 100 USD. Please mention that you need accommodation in your registration from. Note that there will be a river cruise Sundarbans tour for limited guests on 19 Jan 2020. If you are interested then mention that extra night in your registration form and do pay for that extra night accommodation.

Sundarbans tour on 19 Jan 2020

Organizing committee will arrange (only for limited guests) one day river cruise Sundarbans tour (World’s largest mangrove forest) with an extra cost of 50 USD. Tour will be on 19 January 2020 from early morning to evening (breakfast, coffee, lunch and dinner will be included). Tour booking will be on first come first serve basis. Please book your tour by mentioning that you want to participate the tour in your registration from.
